The sun shines in the land of cherry blossoms.

For the Okami contest.

I've always loved sumi-e landscapes, so I decided to put my emphasis on that, rather than the character art. Based, as such, primarily on various styles of traditional sumi-e.

wow I love sumi-e. Especially the importance of negative space, which you did so beautifully. The picture is seimple and elegance with beautiful pale colors. I would have this as a scroll hanging on my wall.
